Kelsall & Company was founded in June 2002 by John C Kelsall a solicitor of note who qualified in 1974.  During his career he has obtained vast experience of conveyancing, probate and estate work, family law, personal injury, and criminal law. For the past 25 years he & his team have concentrated on Personal Injury, Criminal Law and the Contesting of Wills & Probate, becoming a leading force within the industry.

We are happy to travel to all areas of England and Wales to interview prospective clients; this may be required in the case of contested probate.  We find such personal interviews very helpful when probing the strengths and weaknesses of a case.  We also have trained agents covering the whole of the UK, so no matter what you can be assured of a personal service.
